I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist based in San Diego, offering virtual therapy to adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, turn inward, and gently explore the patterns that shape our lives.
I bring a mindfulness-based, somatic, and psychodynamic approach to therapy. This means we’ll not only talk through what’s happening in your life, but also pay attention to your internal world, your emotions, your body, your nervous system, and the deeper relational experiences that may be influencing how you move through the present.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply feeling. They may find themselves caught in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others. Together, we begin to untangle these patterns with curiosity and compassion, creating space for more clarity, groundedness, and choice.
At the heart of my work is a deep trust in your capacity to heal, grow, and come home to yourself. Even in the midst of pain or uncertainty, there is wisdom within you, and therapy can be a place to reconnect with it.
A Bit More About Me
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me in nature, hiking, spending time by the ocean, reading, relaxing with my dog, or moving through a yoga practice. These spaces are deeply restorative for me and continue to shape how I understand presence, embodiment, and healing.
I also value quiet, reflective time, whether that’s through meditation, reading, or simply slowing down enough to notice what’s here. These personal practices inform the way I show up in my work and support the grounded, intentional pace I bring to therapy.
